|What is an inula or rayleina?|
|Inula is a genus of plants in the daisy family.
Inula helenium (Elecampane) is a perennial medicinal herb. It is a tall plant with gold flowers that can reach over 8 feet in height. It generally flowers the second season. The latin name honors Helen of Troy, it was said to spring forth from the ground where her tears struck. Medicinally, it is used as a lung decongestant or for the external treatment of viral skin lesions.
I couldn't find any plant by the name rayleina. However, there is a species of Inula called Inula royleana. This plant is a native of the Himalayas, with orange-yellow flowers. Could this be what you are looking for?
