Peach trees are self fruitful so you can plant just one tree. You may find the following information about growing peaches in the home garden useful. Your local county extension may have specific suggestions for your local area as well. You may need to cut and paste the complete url into your browser to make it work correctly.

Good luck with your peach tree!
