A method for saving Tomato seeds that I have used many times is:
1-Select your best very ripe tomatoes
2-Quarter the tomatoes
3-Place in a glass wide-mouth container
such as a bowl.
4-Add water to cover
5-Allow to soak 3 days in warm place.
The seed will separate from the pulp.
6-Pour contents of bowl onto a wire
screen.
7-Remove the pulp
8-Allow seed to dry in a shaded area
9-After seed are dry, place in an
airtight container.
