The alium flower fades and then do I prune it? leave it like a tulip?

Alliums (and tulips) can be deadheaded, which means remove the faded flower. This helps conserve the bulb's energy so it can bloom better the following year. Leave the foliage intact until it has grown fully and then dried up on its own. At that point the now dead foliage can also be removed. I hope this helps.
