|You can move your daffodils now if you dig them carefully and leave the yellowing foliage attached until it turns a crispy brown. When that happens, you can cut the foliage off. Daffodils are one of the bulbs that will grow in your area without a winter chill. Repot them as soon as possible, or plant them in their permanent place in the ground. Best wishes with your garden!
