Newly planted adult pheonix roebellinii - end of fronds are turning goldish-yellow. (not all of them just a few)what should I do

That is most likely reaction to the shock of being transplanted. I suggest you keep the soil moderately moist and give it some time. After a few weeks you can start to fertilize very lightly as the tree will be establishing some new roots.
