Tree Roots - Knowledgebase Question

I have tree roots in my flower beds and nothing will grow. I've tried to rototill them up but had no luck.

Sounds as though it's time to find a new place for your flower beds. The tree roots have probably come to the surface because there's been lots of water and nutrients the the flower bed. If you try to grow plants there, the tree roots will compete with the other roots, and they will win! Why not try to find another spot for your flowers?
