I am choosing shrubs and plants for landscaping the front of my home. I need to know if this plant will do well in my climate?

Ixora is a very cold tender plant, unable to take a freeze or even tolerate temperatures in the 30's. Your only option would be to grow it as a container plant in the summer and then move it in to a greenhouse or bright indoor location for the late fall through early spring season.
