I have a Chinese Pistachio tree that the leaves are turning yellow and falling off. We have had extreme high heat temperatures for 100 with little rain, however, this is the only tree of various types we have that is having this problem.

Suggestions for saving tree.

Pat,

Chinese Pistache can take the hot sun. Your tree may also be suffering from dry soil condition or soggy wet soil condition, both of which are deadly to those trees. Wet soil can lead to root rot diseases for which there is not a good cure. Try to maintain good soil moisture content and hopefully it will pull out of this with time and put out fresh new growth.
