Thank you for asking. Monrovia is a wholesale only nursery and does not do landscape plans. I would suggest you work with your local county extension and your local professionally trained nursery staff to analyze the growing conditions along the creek, and suggest suitable plants. If the project is extensive, you may also want to hire a professionally trained, degreed, landscape architect to help you with the overall plan and any possible changes to drainage over the area. Your local soil conservation service might also be of assistance -- especially if there is an erosion problem. I'm sorry I can't help you more specifically, but this should help you find some local people who can.
