|Our china girl holly is developing some yellow/brown tipped leaves.
It has been unusually hot here, but it has had ample water. What
should I do?
|Holly leaves often turn yellow or brown during a sudden drought or period of excessive heat. China Girl holly is not very tolerant of low soil moisture, particularly for the first several years after planting. If there are not too many affected leaves, you can prune them off. If there are many you may want to wait until they turn completely yellow before removing them. Best wishes with your landscape.|
