|Our cordyline has flowered for the 1st time this year. The flowers died and we now have berries. Do we cut the stem out? The leaves are tangled around flowering stem.|
|The flowering stem should be cut down to foliage level when the flowers are spent. You should be able to cut the stem in several places and gently remove it from the foliage without harming the foliage. Your cordyline should produce a new flowering stem yet this season.
