| Unfortunately, no, there is no way Solanum rantonnetii 'Royal Robe' would survive the winter outdoors for you. You might be able to grow it as a container plant and bring it inside each winter. There is no really good substitute, but a blue flowered rose of Sharon (Hibiscus syriacus) might be an approximation. I'm sorry I can't be more encouraging. |
