We are in the process of relandscaping a small garden area in our front yard. it is 7' X 17' with full afternoon sun. We are looking for color. What are some flowing shrubs we can use. I like the Aribian Jasmine. What others would you advise? Thanks

Here are a few suggestions for color; you can find even more inspiration is you visit the Monrovia website and click on design ideas. You'll find half a dozen theme gardens, complete with plants lists so you can mix and match the plants to suit your landscape. Here are some to consider:
