|PLANTS WERE PURCHASED & PLANTED JULY 30TH. WE PLANTED ACCORDING IN INSTRUCTIONS, WATERING REGULARLY. HOWEVER, ONE OF THEM SEEMS TO BE DYING OR AT LEAST THE LEAVES ARE TURNING BROWN. WHAT SHOULD WE DO?????|
Browning leaves can be due to dry soil but also soggy wet soil. In hot weather planting is a stressful process for plants. Root injury, fertilizer in the planting hole, and soil moisture extremes all are possible contributors to the browning foliage. Try to water enough to keep the soil mois but not too saturated. If the initial damage was not too severe the plant should recover and put out new foliage.
