Your catelog description of the 'Gold Coast' English Holly says the plant does not produce berries, yet one of the pictures shows gorgeous, small purple berries. I was just wondering if the explanation was incorrect or if the picture was wrongly placed. Or maybe I'm seeing something that is not a berry.

I just looked at the photos and I can understand your confusion. What you are seeing are dark colored flower buds placed as one would expect to see berries. This cultivar flowers (the buds open into white flowers) but it is male so there is no fruit.
