I have a flower bed with Iris under 2 Pine trees and I was wondering if I should remove the Pine needles that fall or leave them for mulch?

Pine needles are an excellent organic mulch material, especially for acid-loving plants. Iris don't seem to mind the extra acidity, especially in your region where alkaline soil is common. I'd leave the pine needles alone and allow them to decompose on their own.

Best wishes with your garden!
