I purchased 2 lantana trees and they are beautiful. I misplaced the planting direction/care instructions that accompany all of your products. I need to know how far back I can cut them to keep them looking like trees and not becoming bushes. |
Lantana can grow by leaps and bounds in the summertime so to keep the tops looking attractive you can remove about one-third of the live growth during any pruning session. In between pruning sessions, you can pinch out the tips of the stems to force growth back toward the center of the plant. This will result in a dense and compact canopy, plus it will encourage additional bloom. Best wishes with your lantana! |
