I have bought Blue Star Juniper and Emerald 'n Gold Euonymus. I would like to know how far i should plant them from the foundation of the house, and also how the roots grow.

When you plant, allow enough space that the plants are out from under the eaves so rain will reach them, and allow enough space between them for growth over the coming years. Generally, the branches will tend to grow outward toward the light.

These plants are often used along foundations without problem. The potential for root damage to the foundation or underground utilities occurs when there is already a gap or break which can then be exploited by the plant roots -- and the roots can certainly make the existing problem worse over time.
