I put daffodil bulbs in the ground (okay to do in my location) last year. When would I need to start watering the daffodil's? Did I need to water them during the spring/summer - because I didn't?

Daffodils tend to naturalize in your gardening region and seem to get along with just the moisture Mother Nature supplies so I wouldn't worry about not watering the bulbs during the summer months. (Gardeners who dig and store their bulbs for replanting in the fall never water them during the summer, either.) Fall rains will do the job for you so there's no need in watering now. If it is very dry in late fall and early winter, you might want to water, but otherwise it isn't necessary.

Enjoy the spring display!
