When is the best time to plant tulips. When is the best time to buy them,and which of youe Home Depot stores sells them ?

October is a good time to plant tulip bulbs. The goal is to plant when nights are in the 40's and the soil has cooled off a little after the summer heat. They are usually available in the fall around planting time. Please check with your local store to see if they have them in stock.
