My potato vines which are in containers and have been for about 6 years, seem to be developing brown at the end of the leaves. Can they be revived by changing soil or a different food or are they done? They also don't appear to be as full as they used to be. What do I do? |
It may very well be that the potting soil has degraded to the point where it needs to be replaced. We usually recommend changing the potting soil every 3-4 years so your potato vine plants are overdue for fresh potting mix. After repotting, prune them down a bit to encourage healthy new growth lower down on the stems. Best wishes with your plants! |
