3' X 24' area. Shade in winter, 4-5 hours of sun in summer. After rain, has standing water (shallow) for days. Have planted Papyrus & Umbrella plants.

Need SOME COLOR. Any suggestions on something that will grow in these conditions? A hard one I know!
Thanks, Ron

Have you considered Cardinal Flower (Lobelia cardinali), Heliotropium indicum (Turnsole), Herbertia lahue, Hibiscus laevis (Rosemallow), or Spiderlily (Hymenocallis liriosme)? All will grow in moist soil.

Best wishes with your landscape!
