Can a Fat Albert Colorad spruce survive in Florida, zone 9? What trees can survive in Florida that have the Christmas tree look?

You can't grow spruces in Florida. These trees require long, cold winters because they enter a period of dormancy during this time. This dormancy period is essential to their natural development.

However, certain conifers are native to Florida will grow well and provide a Christmas tree look:

sand pine (Pinus clausa)
southern redcedar (Juniperus silicicola)
Virginia pine (Pinus virginiana)
