You might consider Tea Olive (Osmanthus fragrans). It grows 8'+ H x 5'+ W in full sun or part shade and produces highly fragrant white flowers throughout the spring, summer and fall. It's an upright, rounded, evergreen shrub. You might also consider Fragrant Snowball Viburnum, Abelia, Spirea, or Wax Myrtle (Myrica cerifera), which grows 10-12' H x 8-10' W. It doesn't flower, but the foliage is pleasantly aromatic. It's a fast growing native shrub that is excellent for screening.

Hope these suggestions are helpful!
