There are many different trees you could use ranging from a relatively small tree such as the crabapple (8 to 35 feet depending on variety) to the very large such as the sugar maple. Which tree to use would depend on the space it has to grow and mature and the growing conditions where it will be planted (soil type, if it is windy, if it is extra wet or dry location, etc.) and also what specific purpose the tree will serve (large shade tree, a bit of shade for a patio, to frame the house, serve as focal point in landscape, etc.) I would suggest you work with your local nursery personnel to analyze the growing conditions where you want to plant and understand the purpose of the tree and then make a selection. Your local county extension may also have some suggestions. Good luck with your new tree!
