I ha ve sever allergies and some of the few scents I can handle are sage and lavendar. Where can I find the actual bush to transplant or do I need seeds and then wait? How do I care for them? Please help, we have a beautiful house we are moving into with an incredible backyard. I want to be able to enjoy my garden, but I am allergic to everything!

Roxanna,

You can plant lavender from seed but it is a slow process. Plants and seeds are available online from various vendors. Try doing a google search for lavender seeds or lavender plants to find a source. Check also with your local Home Depot garden center as these plants are carried in some areas.
