I have a weeping willow and a corkscrew willow that we planted several weeks ago and now we have noticed the leaves on both are turning yellow. What could be causing this and can we fix it?

Rebecca,

Dry soil, soggy wet (poorly drained) soil for a period of time, root injury from physical damage are all possibilities. If only older leaves further down the shoots are yellowing it is probably not a major problem and the plant should recover fine. There is little for you to do but try and keep the soil moderately moist and give them a chance to try and recover.
