I have had a Wisteria for 4 years now and every year the leaves appear but not once has it ever blossomed. Why?

The most common reasons for lack of bloom on wisteria are immaturity of the plant (an average time for bloom on a plant started from seed rather than grafted is eight years but it can take as long as twenty in some cases), spring frost damage to the flower buds, overfertilizing, and improper pruning. You might find the following article on wisteria care helpful in trouble shooting. (You may need to cut and paste the complete url into your browser to make it work correctly.)

I hope it blooms for you soon!
