Can you give me some ideas on plant boxes for gardening in my apt? I have 4 huge windows in apt that face to the South. I would really would like to put in some window boxes. What do you think?

You didn't say whether the boxes were indoors or out, and that makes a big difference when choosing plants. If they're in a sunny spot, try cascading Petunias or Geraniums. If they're in a shady spot, plant Impatiens, Lobelia, or Alyssum. All are easy care and should provide the color you're looking for.
