The hard freeze in Atlanta this weekend got the new growth on my crape myrtles. Should I remove all this freeze-damaged

I apologize for this delayed reply to your gardening question and hope it is still helpful to you.
I'd wait to see the new growth start to emerge and then cut out everything that is dead or dying back. The plant should recover and be fine.
