I have tulips that I would like to relocate because deer are eating them off to the ground. Do I need to wait until fall to dig them up and move, or can this be done now?

Once the flowers have faded and the foliage has died down, you can move your tulips. If the foliage has all been eaten off, move them now, but don't expect them to bloom next spring - the foliage transports energy to the bulbs for next year's flower display. Without leaves, there probably won't be any flowers. Naughty deer!

Best wishes with your tulips!
