Can hydrangeas, particularly the Forever Pink variety, be planted in full sun? Or do the do better in mostly shade?

Hydrangeas really prefer to have morning sun and afternoon shade. If they're in hot afternoon sunshine they tend to wilt. If you have a choice, place them where they'll get a few hours of morning sun and then either full afternoon shade or at the very least, filtered afternoon shade.

Best wishes with your hydrangeas!
