when to prune - Knowledgebase Question

I have miniture rose bushes, and I am wondering when should I prune? The roses have bloomed and the petals are now falling off... please help!

To keep your roses blooming for as long as possible, remove the spent flowers as soon as they begin to fade. As will all roses, prune the flower stem down to a 5-leaf leaflet. This is where new flowering stems will develop.
