I'd like to know, if there is any rejuvinating plantes that rejuvinate every spring?

There are many plants that are winter hardy in your area, including trees, shrubs, perennials and bulbs. Deciduous trees and shrubs lose their leaves in the fall, survive the winter and grow new ones each spring. Perennial plants die back to the ground each winter, survive the cold, and regrow from the roots in the spring. Many bulbs sprout and bloom in the spring, then go dormant and seem to disappear. There are self-seeding plants that will flower, set seed, and replant themselves from year to year as well. I hope this answers your question.
