Have you considered planting a blueberry shrub? I'd recommend a variety called Northsky. The berries are medium in size and sky blue. The bush has short stature, approximately 10 to 18 inches tall. The plants are dense, with glossy dark green summer foliage that turns dark red in the fall. the birds will love it!!
