I tried to cover my flowers the best I could but some still appear to have gotten a little frosted. My question is are they a lost cause now? |
You may find that there is some damaged foliage that needs to be removed, and possibly some may need to be cut back to remove damaged stems. However most will recover from a light frost. A few, such as impatiens, do not tolerate frost at all and may need to be replaced if they have turned soft and mushy all over. I hope this helps. |
