Prune it lightly if needed after it's spring to early summer bloom. Another very light shaping in late winter is fine if the plant really needs it. Otherwise just let it grow. Keep the soil moist and fertilize in spring and early summer with a plant food for acid loving plants such as azalea/camellia food following label instructions.
