is their an plant that will keep mesquitoes away from the patio???

I am sorry for this delayed reply to your gardening question. The spring rush has brought a deluge of questions and we are working hard to catch up!

There is not a plant to keep mosquitoes away from a patio. There are plants like citronella that the mosquitoes don't want to land on but not that will make they flee away from the area. You are left with the scented devices to fill the air with citronella scents or with using repellents.
