Can I get rid of moss and grow grass by just applying Scott's Turf Builder w/Moss Control? Or do I have to physically remove the moss and plant seed?

Thanks!

In general, moss grows in conditions where grass is unable to thrive. This can be an area where the soil is shaded and damp, or an area where the soil is overly acidic and/or infertile and/or compacted and/or poorly drained. Unless the conditions are corrected, the moss will grow back.

Here is some additional information about moss in lawns you may find helpful in deciding what to do. You may need to cut and paste the complete url into your browser to make it work correctly.
