Have you heard of a flower called a mexican petunia ? I saw a beautiful shrub with dark green leaves and blue flowers.
Can I start it from seed ?

Commonly called the Mexican Petunia, Ruellia brittonia is an evergreen shrub that grows in full sun or light shade. It grows to 3 feet, with narrow leaves and 2-inch blue flowers. 'Katie' is a dwarf cultivar. The seeds are difficult to come by, but your local nursery should be able to locate a plant for you.
