Can I transplant: iris, roses and peonies now?

I'd wait on the peonies. They resent having their roots disturbed and would sulk all summer if you moved them now. Wait until after frost nips the tops this autumn and then replant them when they are dormant. Irises and roses can be moved now. They may not bloom on schedule because they'll need some time to become established, but they should bloom for you next spring.

Best wishes with your garden!
