Rhodies can take about 3 years to bloom after they have been pruned hard. Developing flowering wood takes a substantial amount of time. They will need to grow new shoots, then flowering shoots, then it takes a year for the flower buds to develop. If yours was pruned back to mature wood, it could take 4-5 years before it is capable of blooming again. Give it a little more time. You can feed with a high phosphorus fertilizer (middle number on the package). Phosphorous encourages shoot and stem growth and flowering.
Best wishes with your rhodie!
