|We have a cherry tree about 6 years old and it produces no fruits, even though in springtime a lot flowers appear.|
|Although some cherry trees are self-fruitful, most will need a second cherry tree in order to produce fruit. The challenge will be in determining what type of cherry you are growing (sweet or sour) and finding a pollinizer for it. Try taking a flowering branch to your local garden center - they may be able to identify the type you are growing and recommend a suitable companion.|
Best wishes with your landscape!
