My hydrangea got a fungus so I cut off all the affected leaves the only thing left is the stem Will my flower come back? I've moved it to a better place and sprayed it with fungus spray.

The absence of leaves will compromise your shrub's ability to convert the sun's energy into carbohydrates to feed the plant (called photosynthesis) so there's no guarantee, but if the roots have enough stored energy, your hydrangea will bloom later this summer. Sure hope so!
