We have been at this address for 3 years. Last year we got many tiny lemons and this year we'll get none. We fertilize, but probably not the best.
How can we get fruit on our tree?

The first question is - does your lemon tree produce flowers? If so, the flowers are not being pollinated due to weather or lack of insects. If it does not produce flowers, it may be affected by inconsistent watering practices or too much nitrogen fertilizer. Be sure to water your tree deeply once or twice a week (depending upon weather) and feed with a specialized citrus food which is low in nitrogen and high in phosphorous and potassium. As your tree matures, it will have more energy reserves to produce lots and lots of fruit.

Best wishes with your lemon tree!
