I just moved to a house that has an underground watering system. Despite watering, the grass has still not greened up much. When and what should I use to feed the grass and get rid of the weeds?

The best product for the job is a weed and feed product. At your local Home Depot you'll find Scott's Weed and Feed in granular formula; Ortho's liquid weed and feed, and Spectracide Weed and Feed Concentrate. Use according to label directions and you should end up with a lush, green, weed free lawn.

Best wishes with your lawn!
