Question 1) I am looking for perennial grasses, perennial flowers, evergreen shrubs that will grow in a shady area near a pond. They also need to be deer resistant; or are there complementary plants that will deter the deer from this area?
Question 2) In the same yard but in a bed near the house I would like to plant either Knock-out roses or hydrangea. Will they be at risk due to the deer?
