|I planted Glads in Early May. It is now Late June and all of the Glads have 5-6 tall grass like blades growing out of each one. Is this normal or does this mean they will not be blooming?

|I think what you are seeing is normal. Gladiolus take between about 60 to 120 days to bloom depending on what variety you planted -- some are considered early or mid-season or late-season bloomers. They will send up foliage first, then eventually flower.
