|I have had problems for 3 straight years now with my grapes being convered with what looks like white powder. I have been pruning it during the dormant months and has been very healthy and bears lots of fruits. We are unable to harvest good grapes due to this problem. Is there anything I can spray now while the grapes are growing? HELP!|
|You can spray a fungicide on your grape plants to protect them before powdery mildew becomes a problem. Either a copper based or a sulfur based fungicide will work. (
Bayleton is one brand name) Be sure to apply according to label directions. Repeat sprays are usually necessary.
Good luck with your grape harvest!
